MAT - FLEX BAND WORKOUTS

This Pilates workout utilizes the flex band as the main resistance tool. The flex band is a versatile piece of equipment that can be used to target and sculpt your entire body. The workout will be medium intensity allowing the body to use the flex band to lengthen after strengthening. This class combines strength, length and mobility to provide a balanced Pilates workout.
