This pilates workout utilizes the resistance or booty band as the main resistance tool. The booty band is a versatile piece of equipment that can be used to target and sculpt your entire body. This high intensity workout will have your booty, core and arms burning within minutes. This is one of our most popular props as it creates a fun, effective and athletic burn. This class will take your ordinary Pilates experience to the next level.
