MAT - INTERMEDIATE / ADVANCED WORKOUTS

We designed this class to be accessible to all clients That have pilates experience, from intermediate to advanced.
We will give different modifications, so that everyone gets a great workout. This class is also the perfect class to take if you have any injuries. It is important for all clients to listen to their bodies and know when to take breaks and/or stop. 
We endeavor to keep the classes fun, challenging and different using a variety of props as stability balls, resistance bands, flex bands, ankle weights, fitness circle.

  • MAT - SCULPT PILATES

    This is a high intensity full body burn. We have designed a contemporary creative Pilates workout focusing on adding free weights to each series. We use isometric movements to sculpt the entire body, improve overall physical strength and help with bone density.

  • MAT - CARDIO PILATES WITH MEGAN

    Join Megan for a cardio pilates workout! Bring your heart rate up when mixing up pilates exercises with cardio moves. Fun flow using all the pilates props.

  • MAT - PILATES WITH THE GLIDERS

    The Gliders are a great addition to our pilates repertoire because it brings on a lot of the exercises that we usually perform on the reformer! If you don't have gliders, no worries just use towels!

  • MAT - CARDIO PILATES

    This workout will challenge your endurance, strength and agility. We will use props and weights! Get ready to sweat!

    Just one piece of equipment needed which will be your Pilates ball. This class is medium intensity, focusing on strengthening all muscle groups utilizing the Pilates ball creatively. The Pilates ball is a great tool, helps to increase overall intensity, abdominal control and pelvis stabilization.
