MAT - OPEN TO ALL LEVELS WORKOUTS

We designed this class to be accessible to all clients from beginners/intermediate to advanced.
The instructor will give you modifications on how to made your workout more or less challenging. We will use props to increase challenge if your level is intermediate/ advanced. It is important for all clients to listen to their bodies and know when to take breaks and/or stop.

MAT - OPEN TO ALL LEVELS WORKOUTS
  • MAT - LIVESTREAM WORKOUT

    This is a 45 min open to all levels workout! All you need is a booty band and a set of weights. This workout can be done with no equipment at all.

  • MAT -SCULPT PILATES WORKOUT

    All you need is 2 sets of weights ready and get ready for the challenge! This is a 45 min workout intermediate - advanced but anyone can do it with proper modifications! If you feel any pain or discomfort stop and take a break.

  • MAT - LIVESTREAM MAT CLASS USING PROPS (11/14/21)

    This is full body workout using the pilates ball, NP booty band and NP flex-bands. This livestream workout took place on Sunday, November 14. Open to all levels.

  • MAT - LIVESTREAM SCULPT PILATES

    This is an express Glutes & Abs workout! Ankle Weights and free weights are optional.

  • MAT-BACK AND ARMS USING THE FLEX-BAND

    Grab your set of flex-bands and enjoy this workout that activates all the postural muscles. Focus on improving your posture by activating the posterior side of your arms and back!

  • MAT - POSTURE WORKOUT USING THE FLEX BAND

    Flex bands are so easy to carry in your bag to take anywhere! In this workout we will focus on the postural muscles! You can incorporate this workout with Glutes and abs or a lower body workout!

  • MAT - BACK AND ARMS WORKOUT

    Work your back and arm muscles while being aware of the trunk muscles as a whole and their underlying connections. We will include some abdominal work as well due to the direct connection between the back and abdominals.
