This is a high intensity full body burn. We have designed a contemporary creative Pilates workout focusing on adding free weights to each series. We use isometric movements to sculpt the entire body, improve overall physical strength and help with bone density.
This is a full body workout. Incorporating the pilates ball, the booty band and weights, we will give you modifications for different props. You can workout from your home and not worry if you have all the props or none, we will look for you to get an awesome workout.
