    Strengthen your core and lift your booty! Although traditional Pilates exercises are incorporated into this class, we focus exclusively on the abs and glutes. Come prepared to feel the burn in all your favorite spots! Its Open to all levels class, not recommended for prenatal clients.

  • MAT - FULL BODY WORKOUT WITH PROPS

    This is a full body workout. Incorporating the pilates ball and the booty band, we will give you modifications for different props. You can workout from your home and not worry if you have all the props or none, we will look for you to get an awesome workout.
