  • MAT - INTERMEDIATE/ADVANCED

    We designed this class to be accessible to all clients that have pilates experience, from intermediate to advanced.
    We will give different modifications, so that everyone gets a great workout. 
No props needed.

  • REFORMER - BEGINNER / INTERMEDIATE WORKOUT

    We designed this class to be accessible to beginners. NP instructors will emphasize pilates basic principles as breathing, control and awareness. We’ll also go a little deeper in details regarding position and movement.

  • LIVESTREAM -FULL BODY WORKOUT USING FLEX BAND

    This are weekly Livestream classes we are offering to our subscribers! Incorporating different props, we will give you modifications constantly. You can workout from your home and not worry if you have all the props or none, we will look for you to get an awesome workout.

  • MAT - SCULPT PILATES

    This is a high intensity full body burn. We have designed a contemporary creative Pilates workout focusing on adding free weights to each series. We use isometric movements to sculpt the entire body, improve overall physical strength and help with bone density.

  • REFORMER - LEGS & GLUTES

    Are you a lower body workout lover? Work your legs in glutes in different way every time for best results! This workout will challenge you appropriately to feel the burn and see the change.

  • MAT - LEGS & GLUTES

    Tone and strengthen your core, hips and thighs in this target-training class. Although traditional Pilates exercises are incorporated, we focus exclusively on feeling the burn in your glutes and abs. Open to all levels. Not recommended for prenatal clients.
