  • MAT - BACK AND ARMS WORKOUT

    Work your back and arm muscles while being aware of the trunk muscles as a whole and their underlying connections. We will include some abdominal work as well due to the direct connection between the back and abdominals.

  • REFORMER - FULL BODY WORKOUT USING THE BOOTY BAND

    This class is appropriate for all levels. If you are beginner -intermediate use the lower resistance booty band and take the appropriate spring resistance load. Get ready for a full body challenge.

    In this workout Camila starts with standing exercises using the sliders and finishes on the mat! If your balance is not as good use a chair. This workout is a intermediate - advanced workout.
