We designed this class to be accessible to all clients from beginners/intermediate to advanced.
We will give different modifications and varying options for spring tension, so that everyone gets a great workout. This class is also the perfect class to take if you have any injuries. It is important for all clients to listen to their bodies and know when to take breaks and/or stop.
We endeavor to keep the classes fun, challenging and different using a variety of props as stability balls, resistance bands, flex bands, ankle weights, fitness circle.
