The instructor will give you modifications on how to made your workout more or less challenging. We will use props to increase challenge if your level is intermediate/ advanced. It is important for all clients to listen to their bodies and know when to take breaks and/or stop

  • REFORMER WITH THE PILATES BALL - OPEN TO ALL LEVELS

    In this workout we will use the pilates ball for more challenge. Get your inner-thighs ready for a burn! Laura gives spring modifications for beginners/intermediate & advanced levels.

  • REFORMER - GLUTES & ABS

    This workout focuses on Glutes & Abs! You can adjust the workout if you are beginner-intermediate by using the suggested springs variation! Enjoy

  • REFORMER - CARDIO JUMP MIX

    Jump-board Mix up the intensity of a traditional Reformer workout by incorporating intervals of jumping with core and arm work. This class offers cardio and strength training, providing an intense full body workout while always focusing on the core, breath, and proper body alignment.

  • REFORMER - SCULPT PILATES WORKOUT

    This is a full body workout! The goal of sculpt pilates is to incorporate free weights and the reformer together to challenge the same muscle group! I hope this workout is challenging for you and don't forget to take your breaks and modifications!

  • REFORMER - FULL BODY WORKOUT USING THE BOOTY BAND

    This class is appropriate for all levels. If you are beginner -intermediate use the lower resistance booty band and take the appropriate spring resistance load. Get ready for a full body challenge.
